Hello and welcome to stealth developers I would like to announce our house kits that we have available now that allows you to get an affordable home starting at $10,000 with a kitchen bath, and solar to charge our unit.
The reason why we are offering such a product is that I am primarily a dealer that sells composite paneled homes, offices, and expedition campers, but the issue is that buildings I get have a long waiting period because they come from China. The R Value is terrible, such as an R10 on average, and the buildings look more industrial when people want these buildings to look more like a house.
Another issue my customers are facing is people lack the accessibility to place our small container homes and other survival homes in their yard of recreational property.
So I want to create a building that does not come out of Asia, easy to access any property, has a high R Value, and looks like a regular home, and not as industrial.
I have tried to work with SIP panels companies that can allow me to supply affordable home that has pre fab panels that you can connect your home together with all the plumbing and electrical already attached, but after talking to over a dozen companies, nobody does it.
So our company stealth developers has established a paneled home that that has an R Value of 17.5, light weight, and all electrical and plumbing is already installed. All you have to do is connect it together like Legos.
The other great part about this is that most of our structures are 8' wide, but with this panel system. you can make it anywhere from 6'-20' wide.
All you have to do is pick out the layout you want on your cabin, office, or home, and choose and we can help choose what panels are needed, such as window. door, electrical panel. and basic insulated panels.
From the demo home we have shown, this took us 1.5 hours to assemble, and projecting it will take 2 hours to assemble an 8x20' home.
Because this is a launch of a new product.
Our basic model with no paint. but a fully functional kitchen, bath and solar is included for $10,000 Unit.
For the first 3 orders on this product launch, we can include paint.
We have not completed our catalog and webpage overview on this new panel system until tomorrow, but we have had 6 people anxiously waiting for this to launch, so we will at lease show case this in our video today and share an updated webpage tomorrow.

I won the bid on a Wednesday, completed the EUC that day, the next day wired the funds, that same day I got the vehicle release form. So it doesn't always take months. Hit or miss I suppose. Also, I was told the army trucks go through the process much quicker than the usmc trucks since the paperwork is cleared in house.

You save money on the truck but then have to add in the cost for a roof, rear curtain, C pillar, 2 more seats and doors. You just lost the savings.

Yes I have looked into that and there is a special sealant that we will be using to help better eliminate that is what we are working to eliminate that
Do you have a certified R-Value insulation rating for the shells? Will these shells be available for flatbed truck campers such as any full-size pickup from Ford / Chevy / Ram / Toyota fitted with an aftermarket flatbed?
Would like to get those types of campers by this spring, but for now working on the basic campers and the Humvees

What is your process for eliminating any delamination using fiberglass?
The process for eliminating delamination in fiberglass involves identifying the delaminated areas by tapping on the surface to detect hollow or dull sounds. Once identified, the delaminated sections are usually repaired by cutting them out and replacing them with new layers of fiberglass laminate adhered with epoxy resin to ensure a strong bond and eliminate any separation between layers. It is a big question, but hope this answers it for you

The most important part of Bugging Out is not the gear but the PLAN. Bugging out can be as simple as getting into the car and driving to a motel/hotel, but do you know where they are 360 so no matter what route the disaster forces you to take, you know where the motels are along that route. For such places, the earlier you leave the more likely you will find a room before others need them too. More remote people will need a more complex plan, but every plan should have a list of what to take with you (that has already been in pre-packed form) and in what order to do everything including shutting of the water and electrical if need be. This company is selling a business, but it is best to make your own to fit your needs. Premade kits need to be carefully judged and feel to tweak it to meet your needs.
