I have learned forgiveness is necessary to heal. It’s not necessarily for them but for yourself. Those negative feelings are like drinking poison daily. I have been able to forgive those who did evil things to me like my r@pist so i say this as someone who knows pain and how it affects us afterwards. I am a Pisces and I have this moon sign

I take a walk in the country side, make a conscious decision to think of nothing...as hard as it can be! I talk to trees, wild flowers etc and listen to their replies. I try to lift myself beyond my conscious self and stay there. A lot of time I feel the inner conflict between my physical and spiritual self but I try to breathe through it. I also connect with the night sky; feeling a deep connection to the moon. In this day and age, it is important to take care of ourselves! Blessed be ❤

This isn't really happening to me right now. But I will save it in case I need it. There has been a heightening in the spirit realm more and not always good ones. It will get better, the warfare is much easier when there is a multitude of people to ward of the evil spirits that occasionally operate in the Earth. I have that half moon BUT have lived with severe deppression almost all my life….I will soon reach 50 and decided suicide is my future…I’m lonely have no friends and only my parents left. When they are gone I will have nobody. I’ve always been kind to others and turned the other cheek many times…Allowed bullies to push me around. I love animals and always wanted a dog but will not get one as I’m worried as to what would happen to it after I take the leap of a building or bridge. I’m tired…My bodies weak and I have so much anger in me that I’m scared someday I’ll let it out and hurt someone. They say you must look within and meditate but my minds always so busy that meditation has not worked. Maybe my half moon was just a mistake? Maybe I was not meant to have peace love and freedom which are the only things I want.

My first awakening happened about 12 years ago and it has been a journey ever since. I can’t tolerate people that don’t care to think. The ones that only stick to what someone told them and that’s what they now say.. the ones that don’t ever research or think for themselves. The ones that say things like “I don’t believe in reincarnation” ..and when you ask why they’ve come to that conclusion, they shrug and say something annoying like “Idk. I just don’t” I’m SO over that mentality. I no longer care about people who constantly complain, but never do anything to change their situation. Now, I’m all about spending my time with tribe.. I love recharging my energy around beings who are striving to elevate the planet like I am. So I’m grateful for everyone here. 🥰

Well on the flip side after watching this video i have discovered i am so controlling. And i felt ashamed of myself that i behave in this manner. i never even knew this was a problem or that i even had this mentality. it makes sense to me in my day to day interactions with people, especially women. one in particular. thank you so much cuz when you know better, you do better. thank you for this.
