another question one of my test question give me the option and i know it sounds but the oxygen tank is 50% full ? it doesn't make sense but I want to make sure I'm clear on that one.

I have a question the bypass valve should be on or off during the use of the equipment? by the name bypass I understand that should be used in case that something is not working right. is this correct or wrong. Thx!

Hiya mate. I have refilled 2 fire extinguishers. Both water. When I refill to an appropriate level of water I screw the top back on as tight as human hands possibly and when I recharge them the air goes inside the bottle but the pressure gauge doesn’t go up. I am using a hand pump tho. But I can’t figure out why the gauge isn’t moving. Any idea why?

one thing stood out to me here, once opening the airflow from the cylinder, fully, he proceeds to close the valve by a quarter turn. I have never seen this, in my 2 years of HazMat / Environmental Emergency Response on the field. Even in my SCBA training, this is not something we do. Can anyone explain the reasoning behind this? Im open to taking on a new technique if its actually beneficial.
