Hello why is there a bedbug above the bed bug barrier tape (at the top of the pillar) at 2:03 in the video?

Just reading your safety information for this powder product. Does your product have Silica Dust in it? Why does your safety information talk about needing rubber gloves and a breathing mask for the dust particles and yet the video shows the product being applied without any of these on. Do we need to wear any of this when applied or no?
