    Great discussion. I'm 67 and a gym, bro every day. There should be a joy to training that's missing now. Everyone looks miserable and steroid angry. Patience and perseverance is key. Not every body type can be bodybuilding ripped. I'm not because my body type is slight and not heavy set. But I do look athletic and impressive but slim. That's ok for me. It's a fun and joyous sport if your expectations are realistic.😅

    Iv done 6 sets per week and was my worst results, did 23-30 sets and was consistently tired and didnt progressed in load, physique changed alot but didnt worth alot now 15 sets every 10 days is going good for me! the 6 sets might have not worked for me because i cant extract alot for 1 set and need more for stimulus

      Yeah, you really need to find out what works for you. Some people need a lot of sets to get to their productive sets, other people less - and some just enjoy lots of volume.

    Really interesting video man, i like following your posts on Professional muscle, lots of knowledge... now i have a question that still bugs me, how do we push to train hard, i mean how do we learn it overtime?

      Thanks! It's a challenge to know how to truly train hard. First you have to master the form and neuromuscular control. Then progress the weights. The question then becomes "Am I truly training hard?" This only comes with harsh and stark objectivity. Are you really giving everything? If you are locked in and the bar is moving slower and slower each rep, when you cannot complete a rep without breaking form that's a good set to me. Again it require true objectivity.

      I think you mean Nattokinase. It's an extract from fermented soybeans and has a lot of positive cardiovascular benefits.
