Patitas, yesterday you got to the rainbow bridge, gained your wings, and became our magical alejibre. I am confident you were met by all of the wonderful ancestors of pups, kitties, and humans with arms wide open to greet you. Please watch down on us and know we are thinking of you everyday. We are loving you from afar now, but will always be loving you. Thank you for blessing us as your human parents, for teaching me to love dogs again, for always being there for us to love on, cry with, hold, rub your belly, play catch, teach tricks to, and share a snack. We will meet again and I can’t wait to put my arms around you forever this time. Rest well my sweet baby girl. I love you.
