Thanks so much🙌🙌
@@sewgarage no worries, the video was really informative for what I'm doing so well deserved :D Question, based on your experience can I get away without sewing? E46 has some sewing around the airbag cover and I'm planning on wrapping without that sewing line, it does look like really necessary more like just decorative sewing in this case.
@DiegoMarcianoDM u must cut 1/2 thin of Leather from the other side with special knife Iam use olfa for it
@DiegoMarcianoDM or make some sewing up on the lines ,where the airbag must open
@@sewgarage Yes, that is my plan, the cover is detached from the center piece, so was planning to do exactly that, cover the center piece, and the airbag cover, just that without any sewing line in the contour as it had originally, the suede leather is really flexible so I believe I will be lucky LOL, will be fun at least
Neoprene! That's it! Been looking for foam of 1~2mm for a long time and found nothing locally, was driving me crazy, I'm doing complete E46 panels in black nappa and black goat suede leather, first time doing something this big (did trims in the past, but this is way more complex), will get some neoprene, as the armrest is pretty similar to the E39 down to the plastic
Ein sehr Verständiger Beitrag. Sehr gute Arbeit. Germany
