Hey, just wanted to say that this video is super cool! The way you showcase the VOLVO on the P2 platform really highlights how it’s a top-tier example in the automotive world-those cars are incredibly reliable with so much room for perfecting them. If I could suggest one thing, it’d be about the production quality. The video could really benefit from some stabilization, and the audio could be clearer. Maybe try using an iPhone with a lapel mic? Sorry if this is a dumb question but I’m about to tackle on replacing my master and the part that worry’s me is the bench bleed, how do you know when master is bled properly and ready to get the tubes on n get installed?
You will know when the master is full, fluid will start coming out of the input line holes.

did you have to disconnect the battery and release it? pressure sensor cap on the hood? I recently changed mine but it threw me a bunch of error codes. now one front and one back break is working. So I gotta take it to the dealer tomorrow se what I did wrong

Sometimes we get caught up In the heat of it and I do not have a camera guy.
Check the rocker tappets that made contact. As well oil pump screen. Doin exactly the same project right now. All guides on mine shredded into millions of little bits. 8 bent valves and various other little things. Keep on gettin on. 🛠️

I'm trying to pack a tool bag to do this job in someone else driveway. Thinking 3/8" extension set, 3/8 ratchet, maybe a 3/8" universal swivel, 3/8" metric socket set, 1/4" 10 mm. and 12 mm., 1/4" extension set, 1/4" ratchet, pick set, Philips screwdriver , 17 mm. combination wrench, 10 mm. line wrench, pry bars, Motive brake fluid bleeder bottle, small wrenches for bleeder screw. ... anything else I'll need ?

Should’ve replaced it with an EM2 Civic clutch master cylinder. It’s a direct swap.
@drgottagupta. YES! An upgrade would have been cool but it was for a customer who only wanted it stock so on the next civic, Nick George’s old civic will be the one for upgrades.
