I'm really disappointed with these buds. What a nightmare getting them set up. Then the app wouldn't register the buds. Every time I went to use them I'd have to repair them. When working the sound is great but not as good as the denom pearl pros. Iv sent them back because of the connection and app issues. Folks give the demons a go if you prefer sound quality. They're just better ans on a different level

I have the gold tone beoplay ex and I think the case in that specific color looks quite premium. It’s subtle and definitely looks better than the black case, but then again, that’s just my opinion.

As long as the case actually works properly and actually shuts off the earbuds as it's supposed to. That's the issue I had with her Momentum 3s that caused me to return them. I also owned a pair of Jabra Elite 7 Actives, had trouble studying connected like what you describe here. Turned those too. I hope hope the lesson here isn't that etc can't trust TWS earbuds from anyone outside the big electronics manufacturers?

Cutting out is a cable issue. I have a cutting out issue with 3.5 cable. How in the world did they create so much defect with this price range? It is unacceptable. You are probably 6th reviewer who experienced this cutting out issue.

I agree with the verdict on the sound quality of the Beoplay EX earbuds, in fact I was the proud owner of these earbuds until November 2, 2023. Shortly before that, one of the left earbuds stopped working completely and the right one stopped playing bass. So I wrote to B&O about the warranty. I immediately received the instructions with the label for sending in the defective earbuds, which I did straight away. According to the confirmation of receipt from UPS, the B&O Service Center received or accepted the defective earbuds on November 2. Since then, I've repeatedly received meaningless and delaying responses to my repeated inquiries. It is now December 15, 2023 and there is no sign of my possibly repaired earbuds or a replacement for them! I wonder how a company with a "PREMIUM claim" like B&O can't be able to repair or replace defective earbuds in no less than 6 weeks. For a hefty 400 euros, I would have expected PREMIUM service in addition to PREMIUM sound. The opposite is the case when it comes to service and warranty. The service and warranty handling is, to put it mildly, subterranean or, to put it better, it is a downright scandal. I can only advise everyone to keep their hands off B&O products

The cutting out is a cable issue. I have the same problem with balanced cable 4.4mm. Connection on the right side sometimes goes weak. You have to unconnect it, and then connect it. You will hear "click" if you connect it properly. In my opinion this issue appears on units made in Ireland this year (2023) with black case in the package.

Hey yeah they are perfect but the bang and olufsen support are a perfect as...ho... i have my earphones there for the warranty as they were damaged for the last 7 weeks and still nothing, getting default messages with always the same answer but no resolution and a lot of people are in the same situation waiting for the last 3 months to have a replacement under their warranty. Piece of advice you can be lucky and not need them but if you need support from them. You are not going to be happy. Dont buy from them

I got these. Let's be honest, they are bad! For $400 I should be able to check at least most of the boxes, if not all. Contrarily, these are very limited in ANC, battery time, and design. They fall short, they sell on reputation alone. Most of CZcams reviews are lowkey dishonest. Or maybe we live in this age where you can't criticize ANYTHING!

with my iphone 14pro *bluettoth 5,3) I had a problem on first setup and software update but after that I have no connection problems, I no need even to use tha app, and both are connecter in about 5 seconds

I own EX and my only one problem is in ANC, compare to airpods pro 2nd is just like no ANC i EX, sound is better if you create your own preset.

I got some issue here in indonesia. I bought my old ie300 and when i used that i heard some strange sound from both ear. I complained to the seller and after the seller checked my old ie300, they accepted to replace my old ie300 with a new one. Now, after 2 weeks of my use, my new ie300 doesnt have any issue yet, hope not. Hope you also get a new replacement too.

I bought one of this on special for $134 aud. Everything works as it should. The bass is good enough way better than my soundcore and my jabra. And also I have sennheiser which is sounds good but the right side is dead after 8 months, now at sennheiser for warranty. The only downside of the jbl for me is the third touch control that not available, other than that pretty solid n good fit earbuds. Also the round style eartips non of it fit me good, I chuck my spinfit 360 eartips my god sounds is way way better.

Just want to inform you that: Line out (LO) is only from 3.5 mm port（shared PO). So 4.4mm to smsl sp200 is probably already amped signal from the 4.4mm, not pure line out signal. Anyway i have hd6xx and smsl sp200 also, sounds so great like you have mentioned in the video (dac is from celsus sound companion one).

Bought these, was not satisfied, returned them, this is a very honest review that I wish I had seen. Instead I bought HD600 for an actual upgrade from my Beoplay h9 headphones!

I think these are good gym headbuds out of the box. No app necessary. I collect headphones and never needed to download anything. These and the beats fit pro are great
