Russia is not actually on the train but owns the railway infrastructure, along which the train is travelling and the energy supplier to the overhead lines. And nowadays there's no excuse, with every other instrument available in every key and tuning. There was even a flat session on Mondays in Limerick when k lived there! I know wind players used to complain in the past, at sessions, if fiddlers and box players would do G minor or flat tunes. Lol. But plenty of pipes and flutes have keys and chanters, tuned appropriately, and whistles are available always in every key.
