You didn't mention how hard it would be to work on front of the engine ( obviously you didn't look too close when you had the engine hatch open ) .What about the important stuff - construction of the boat , Warranty etc . Reviews should not be just about glitter and flash .

This is one awesome cruising platform! I personally love the layout and with recently updated Garmin electronics and serious cruising gear, this yacht is priced very attractively.
It certainly packs a lot into 35 feet. I’m impressed with it’s use of space. Thanks for the tour. I hope she finds a good home!

When was the last survey? How old is the solar and batteries? And what's the spec? How old is the dingy? Looks a bit rough in the video. Specs/age on outboard? Specs/age electronics? How old is the running rigging? When was her last haul out? Unknown engine status and 90k for a 43 year old boat is a bit steep, how flexible is the owner?

@@bethsboattours An old boat indeed, it's exactly what I'm looking for but there's plenty on the market 30 years newer for the same price. I seriously don't understand the price here. So the dingy in the video isn't even part of the sale and you're asking an outlandish premium? Unknown engine. Unknown outboard (which shouldn't exist if there's no dingy. Batteries of unknown spec. Unknown solar array. No answer on any electronics. No answer on any rigging. No answer on haul-out. No answer on survey, That's a potentially 80$ list and you can't answer to any of it? I haven't even really started in on the questions either, these are but basics. Doesn't seem like you much know what you're doing here. How do you justify the price when you don't even know what you're selling? No need to answer for me, you've scared me off, I'm out of this sale.

That has got to be the worst boat tour I have ever seen. First off the annoying voice is like fingernails on a chalkboard. It was like a bad realtor, showing you a house and not really knowing anything about construction. Horrible.
How come no one talks about these irwins and their swing keel, whether or not they still have it or not, lots of people fail to maintain them and they fall off

The aft deck and salon engineered flooring, along with the homemade curtains and aqua jewel backsplashes and color scheme in the head and starboard aft berth/office are not to my taste but the vessel appears well maintained. Beyond the scope of the video to delve into every system but "I'm told it all works," is not worth narrating.
Back in the 60s, we called em "Cabin Cruisers!"
'Cabin cruisers' were generally 25'-35'. The Chris Craft 500 was never referred to as a 'cabin cruiser'.
I like it. The bathtub, the refrigerator and the kitchen sink are things that I look for. I'd replace the wine cooler under the cooktop with an oven. Unfortunately my finances are very tight right now. If what I did with the old Christmas classic T'was The Night Before Christmas, had taken off last year I'd be much better off. Check out The Night Before Christmas 21st C by Shawn Rhymes, that's me.😊

Nice boat, one tip if the new owner plans to tow it, instead of keeping it in a slip. The 23 is WIDER than the 25--one of my friends went with the 25 because he wanted to tow--and the 23 was too wide to be street legal. I do NOT know the current regulations; this was long ago. The 23 may be less wide now, I don't know.
the only bummer about this design was the access to the flybridge. ocean yachts got it right with their 53MY which had the interior full standard staircase leading above. on this hatt , with the small aft deck , your only choice for outdoor lounging is on the flybridge , and if you have guests etc , the vertical ladder will get old really fast.
