I doubt anybody knows who she is. It’s possible you will find the answer in Japanese forums because there are far more players than here.
Pretty sure it’s Kokudo Kaon (Kaon is first name) If I remember correctly, she was first casted to work on Song of Hope and Nishiki liked her singing so wrote more songs with her in them (information comes from a livestream he did but my memory is a bit hazy)

these musical transitions mid-battle are so masterfully executed. you see the moment shift, you feel adrenaline knowing it's almost over and it's almost like the music becomes a part of your emotions as you see the journey through to its finale. simply beautiful - an absolute masterpiece of a game.

@@keiro.l816that's because Square Enix new policies will strike any soundtrack that has no gameplay at all. You can look at FFXIV OST, they've been there for AGES because that's how they're supposed to be uploaded. It would probably be a good thing for you to know.

Because they’re part of the mobile game’s updates and weren’t included on the original OST release. This was ripped from the game files somehow

Love this emotional theme song so much. When music comes out, past stroies revivies in my memories one by one. Given the belief that No matter how strong the rivals, firmly we will get through of it and realize the visionary end as expected.
This theme was beyond epic when I finally gained the upper hand against the hierophant. God, what a pain in the ass that fight was.
The blaring horns in this song are so strong 🎺 “This is everything I've got!” 🧊
