Yes!!!! You are awesome!🙂↕️🥹
You're doing a great job on this cutlass.
My dad use to have a cutlass. He traded it for an Audi. 😢
Wow actually you show me how to do it properly thank you
What would a job like this cost labor wise?
You are looking at around 6-9k to replace all of the sheet metal and get it in epoxy.
I'm doing the same exact build i ended up just replacing both quarter panels good job
tf was that
erm.
Man that car was butched before you got it You doing great now it’s my turn but no video customer doesn’t want anyone to see where it’s at
The owner of the Chevelle also owns the Cutlass I’m working on. He wants the cutlass done first.😭
I wish you guys a happy life
Ay don't say that this Is wholesome
Saving another vehicle nice
That’s bad ass, you got balls trusting those straps I’ll say that.
You have the worst personality. It makes me instantly angry. I feel so sorry for that woman.
You need bigger tie down straps!
He doesn't finish this car on his channel
I’m going to start back up on the Chevelle, once the cutlass is done.
Sorry to keep you waiting.
Cool
Great video but respectfully slow your movements down a bit. Hard to track. At least for me.
Harnesses are definitely super intimidating! Props to you brother!! Loving the car!
I like this channel it has a lot of potential
Beautiful
I like the use of the trailer fenders! I’m building a 63 c10 on my channel and I’m trying to not use the go online and buy it stuff, I’d rather make my own just like you!

iM a WeLdEr.....
Damn good job keep up the work I want to see the finished product subbing now
Inspiring me to do mine myself on my 66 caprice 🔥
If you are going to hang your flag that way, the stars always need to be in the upper left.
Your also not supposed to have it on t shirts or napkins but whatever
Oops. Wrong engine. 👎🏻😡👎🏻
Beautiful build, i cant wait to see more.. I would love to do something similar to my 70 Cutlass S.
Heads up bub. You have a typo in the video title. Says "Curlass" I'm not making fun. I'd want someone to say something if it were my video.
No olds motor? Shame on you.
U doing a 🔥🔥🔥 job bruh
Thank you💪
1k in tubing.....geesh could've saved bout 600 ordering one😭
Don’t forget that included all the metal to build my jack stands as well.
Cool❤😊
Looks good!
I bought an 88’ for 6k back in 2011 and put another 3k into fixing the AC power steering, steering linkage, diff service, and such just to find out it was a bad rebuild, it was a TBI and that only added to the problems. The distributor, injectors, and kick down cable were all wrong and I took an absolute bath on it when the bottom end went knock knock. Sold it for 1200 as a rolling chassis, broke my teenage heart but I replaced it with a harley for a few years. 😢😅 I respect the ground up resto tho, keep it up, the first gens were sexier anyways 🍻
Yeah, you have to be careful when picking these things up because you never know what was done to them and if it was done correctly. Haha but replacing it with a Harley doesn’t sound too bad😂
Just stubbled onto this video. Pretty impressive the amount of work done in one video. If i can make one suggestion try being a little more descriptive in the title. I would have loved to have found your channel a year ago while I work on my 70 chevelle. Keep it up man!
Thank you! I’ll take that into consideration! I try and be as transparent as I can through the video.
why is the door dropping when you open it? get the door right before aligning the rest.
Wears a mask, then takes the mask off to hug people. Can’t make this shit up 😂
Dope
Are those hot wheels on the wall?
You made the call ,But i would have sanded more on the roof just to see it you had deep pitting and too thin metal ! Big expense on roof replacement .
Man where were you a few years ago! :) I have ben struggling with the body. and jump over to the mechanical. I have to back to the body.
Nice work bro..I’m building a 71 right now..keep pushing out great work
Way to go ! Waiting on part 5 ,I would say you only had a frame with body ,just a roof and widow inner lower tray ! You bet is is all new .
Only a person that truly does this kind of work even as a hobby appreciates everything you're, Great Job!
I have just started a 11972 conversion to a 1970 frame off just like your project and it is hard, really hard! Your videos are helping me more than I could possibly say! I will build the cart asap now that I got out all of the *&%!!@ body bolts. I had to cut through the trunk and the back seat to get to them. Great videos!
I actually had to do the same. I don’t know what gym thought it was a good idea putting the bolts inside the frame 😂 good luck.
where are you located? my body guy has had my 71 for over a year
Ogden, Utah. Feel free to dm me on instagram if you want to get on my schedule.
If you don’t mind how much would a job like this cost$ quarter panels- trunk pan- trunk pan drop offs- wheel wells- fire wall and floor pan. Just wondering how to price this
I call around to well known, good quality shops so I know price range. Then I tell the customer the ball park for other shop quotes, and then just bill hourly. This one came out about half of what the shops quoted me.
working on 72 also really helpful tips thanks
