But just for reference, you could’ve won that match easy if you control the guys wrist, based upon how he postures.. there was a point where you did eventually he became fully vulnerable. .. and then you just stopped and never did again. It is a technique for easy takedown controll… Just grabbing a wrist and throwing your bodyweight to the floor holding onto the wrist it easiest way for you to figure out how to do it.. one arm hang pull ups .. can help..
