Being an Indian this practise seems to be fake becoz kundlini awakening is the most dangreous and toughest form of yoga which requires 5-7 hrs continous siidhasan for so many prolonges years . you can see man sadhus and aghoris doing immnese medidation throughout there life

There are no short cuts for the real kundalini awakening. Real kundalini energy is not controllable by someone else, only by the awakend person self. This is awakening something else , some entity. But most of all, wishfull thinking...

I was thinking it was fake until I experienced it today, I really recommend this kind of session.

This is definitely not kundalini awakening. There is immense practice and dedication involved in awakening kundalini... At the maximum, this could be just the power of affirmations and manifestation. There is no kundalini awakening but just some placebo effect

Guys she is working on the energetic body. Energy moves through your body. Similarly like how blood flows. But it's more fluid. Sometimes energy can get stuck and blocked almost like a blood clot but it's energy.
