Bro es el firware yo también tuve ese problema, busca el modelo de tu waterforce y ve al apartado de soporte y descargas y ahi baja hasta encontrar un apartado de firmware y busca el mas nuevo es el 2.2 y descárgalo y conprimelo ahi hay un manual sigue las instrucciones y listo, ahora si no te funciona con el manual como a mí busca el firmware 1.2 y deacargalo y comprimelo ahi hay un manual con otro tipo de método que es mas sencillo (en mi opinión)

Ok stop using GCC instead use rgb fusion, i have the same aio as you and i installed GCC like you and when i put the gif on it, it freeze so i installed rgb fusion and now the gif stop freezing.

Hi, I recently bought this AIO, and I have the same problem with the videos, only with the gifs can I make the loop without the black frame, I have read many articles on Reddit, but none of them have helped me. The AIO is great at maintaining temperatures, although the software does not detect the temperature on the screen. I also have the latest version of the firmware (2.2), but it doesn't fix anything.

Mines updated to the latest version Feb 2024, after sleep the temps are stuck at 30% I need to close and restart the GCC app for it to work. Changing the GIFs & video in display is pain in the a$$ sometimes it doesn't work. The gigabyte app sucks, but the cooler is self is great.

The same thing happens to me and when I restart the PC everything is unconfigured.

Fixed it unnistalling GCC and using RGB fusion instead!

Don’t use GCC it also happened to me better use RGB Fusion software

Does anyone know how I can update my Aorus Waterforce x 240 to version 1.9 when it’s stuck on install ok on GCC and won’t restart the pc. LCD on it always turn off on its own.

hello, i have other problems, when i insallt all the crap on the gigabyte website it ends up in that commanc center thing and it want download the library but crashes every time, rgb fusion will not open it will crash too... if uninstall the hell out of that shit and install it again but doesnt work... all i want is change the damn screen with an gif... that is why i bought this and for the accoustics... it runs good but i cant config that display with this bs gigabyte software, maybe someone can help

Last version GCC 23.05.25.01 fix almost all problems... except main Sleep/Wake restore settings for waterforce X... and add new problem with broken gif animation. Gigabyte still make worst software for they expensive products.

Hi. I have a similar problem, my lcd display not working. When i use my rgb fusion 2.0 the display turng off I had deleted rgb fusion for the display work. Someone know a good software version of rgb fusion 2.0?

Unninstal rgb Fusion 2.0 or what is that program And use only gigabyte CC i had the same problem with x360 waterforce…in CC ITs working perfectly but you need to unninstal programs who interfering with CC

I set mine to whatever i need it to be close it out and don't open it till i'm going to change it. There are somethings you need to tick in the settings though like minimize in tray and launch on startup. Yeah itll impact startup time but the RGB, Pump settings, and Clock will stay user set. Mines X570 Elite, Ryzen 9 3900x, 4xGB Trident Z Royal 3600mhz, WF X 280, RTX 3080 Xtreme, Tt iRGB 850w PSU.

Go in and look for Patriot RGB - it comes as a forced instal with RGB Fusion. Use windows to delete it. Shut down, power up, all good. Worth a try.

Has 6900 XT. Uses Barbara, Amber, Keqing, and Traveler.

Hey , this software is so dump , Ive got RTX 3070 Aorus Master , and I can't change anything at my LCD display , just the default crackling egg "Chibi" is showing there. After turning off , and than turning on my PC , all presets are going to defaults , or even the leds on my graphic card and all other stuff are turned off , I need to manually turn it on at RGB Fusion. Its really annoying , hope u will solve Your problem mate.
