Applying for scholarships post high schools finally able to go back to school
I am looking for scholarships for private elementary schools. Do you have any insights on this topic? Thank you
Most schools will offer scholarships to their school. Check out the private school's websites for more information.
@TheScholarshipSystem unfortunately they don't, hence my question 😒
I’m concerned that my Son will be playing too much online Gaming (or Tic Tok) into the night he will not be alert in class nor attending class or do last minute assignments without paying attention to details required for college work. Please help. Thank you

I'm an Afghan female student and have 105 duolingo score how can I find fully funded scholarship? any advice or sources you know can be helpful to me.
Our content is for students living in the US attending college in the US. You would possibly need to research scholarship programs for international students.
Thanks for the great information. Since the ISIR is now a SAI (correct) where is it located in the form?
The SAI may be sent via email a few days after submitting FAFSA or it can be found in the Submission Summary after FAFSA has been processed. You can find the Submission Summary in the FAFSA dashboard after logging into the account.
I qualified for the max amount of fasfa but the school only allowed me to accept 2270 and then made me take the test in loans even though the fasfa would have almost fully covered the tuition they also wouldn’t let me take the full amount of loans to have money to live on is there anything I can do
You might want to contact your school's financial aid office to find out why there is a difference from FAFSA award amounts vs what the school offered you. You may want to appeal the offer and explain your situation.
I am in a 30 week program it is continuos with no breaks in between the 5 week courses. They only allowed me to accept partial loans and partial Pell 2700 and loans 6500 the tuition is 8200 and I am a single parent of 3 qualified for the max amounts of the loans and the Pell but they won’t let me take it only gave me the option to accept or decline and it bothers me that the Pell grant would have almost covered the full tuition so if they didn’t want me to have living expenses they could have gave me the Pell and made me take the min amount of loans to cover the rest of the tuition is there anything I can do
You might want to contact your school's financial aid office to find out why there is a difference from FAFSA award amounts vs what the school offered you. You may want to appeal the offer and explain your situation.
My award was the max amount but the school only allowed me to accept 2270 of the Pell and then the rest had to be in loans. It shows the school disbursed to me a small portion of the amount I was allowed is there anything I can do about it

Where can I find low competitive scholarships? I have Google and have found nothing solid. Do you have websites you can recommend?

I have been using Going Merry. I have applied to several, although I have not been awarded any. I wanted to know what you think of this website?
QN: and thanks! Fafsa came through, we have about $12,000 to cover still. Daughter received a science scholarship ($5k/yr) will that help us or just reduce fafsa part?😬 it goes straight to school. Thanks ❤️
It depends if the school practices "displacement" or not. You may want to contact the school to find out how they apply outside scholarships.

Please I have an associate degree and I want to further to a bsn. Please is there fully funded scholarship
You may want to find scholarships for transfer students. Also, you will have to research if schools offer full tuition scholarships for transfer students.

Hello, I’m an international student whose parent is a permanent resident of the United States. Can I fill Fafsa
To fill out FAFSA, students have to be US residents.
Thank you too bad I am missing out on most of these for my son but really appreciate your work
All was new! Thank you for all your advice!!
Hi this will be my first year in college and I got this email from bank mobile disbursement and I wanted to know if this is a scam or not.
You could check with your school to see if they issued a disbursement and match up the amounts.
Thank you so much for your scholarship interview tips. I followed each and every one of your steps, especially for the question "Tell us about yourself." That was one of the main questions they asked during the interview, and thanks to your guidance, I was able to win a $5,000 scholarship. Thank you very much!
Congratulations! This is wonderful news!
TCU (Texas Christian University) was very clear that the subsidized and unsubsidized loans were just that...loans.
We are looking at Brazos, where their best 5 year fixed rate loan APR is slightly less than 3 percent. Still in the approval process, but looking promising.
realized i can’t use sallie mae as it’s not available at my school
