gopro hero 9 just normal settings i think, i’m tryna find better settings to use tho for sure

@@OM_Racing i even adjusted mine and i still get shaky footage, i think the feet were a bit broken though

try using the motion stabilisation, all the newer models have them, I used a cable tie aswell on the mount which kept it really secure

🤣🤣🤣it’s a crazy journey i’ve been on in the 2nd half of this year! My friend owns 2 junior X30 karts and offered me the chance to drive one!!

i’m yet to try both of those but i will be at Warden Law next year for an event!

definitely liked the x30 more, much more stable power delivery and overall it has more horsepower👍🏾

X30 is easier to drive from its low end power band, But Rotax is faster if you can drive it properly, very easy to bog down and revs less. Overall better to drive rotax and learn how to maximize grip/momentum then just try to abuse the power band on x30.

money and time are the biggest factors for me at the moment, until August 2024 I won’t be racing aswell due to school exams but after that it’ll be the case of looking for sponsors and looking to buy my own kart once i’ve built my experience😅hope that answers your question

in this event they tell us not to do that but in members events people always use it😅appreciate the help anyway, some people try to get away with it but most times they get caught

@@OM_Racing ive never actually been on track at shenny but seen my brother race there and it’s basically 4 long straits with a hair pin chicane and one long corner very fast and flowing

Yep, can back this up, it's the only way at this track. Surface and the Karts means it's the fastest way.

yep I did expect to be a lot closer to the front but wasn’t my night unfortunately. Still rooting on my mates who got through for regionals though so should be a good event to follow!! Good luck aswell and hopefully see you at regionals next year!! :)

Not sure it's the right thing to do, moving track purely just to qualify for BIKC, surely you are either good enough to do it at your own track of your not? Simple as that. By going to Nottingham and qualifying there just denied someone a well deserved chance to go to the regionals? I think it's 's' housery at best or cheating at worst. Some really quick lads at Nottingham who were working really hard to qualify for months, then someone comes along with a couple of weeks to go and knocks them out. Just hope justice is served in the regionals.

@@MatthewMorris-cx7sw There's 24 slots to get through lad, not that many compete, plus even if all 24 did qualify, not all 24 show up to local finals, keep in mind you don't know the situation that caused me to go over to nottingham, and also keep in mind people have different driving styles that fit different circuits, there's more to it than you think :)

the main overtaking spot is the top section but when the field is evenly matched it’s very hard to overtake

Especially when they park it in the middle and cut u up even when ur infront

@@OM_Racing Its one of those incidents that happens as you cant really blame for driver for trying as it can be possible to overtake there if you get the timing right but it requires alot of risk so i would say it is a racing incident.

this was my first time at edmonton doing members, did a decent job. First time ever doing members at Leicester (home track) managed P5/14 so yes managed to keep up fine😄. If you’re having worries I would recommend just going for it and you can learn a lot from members events!!
