Hi, Brilliant video if you install the 80AH - 800A, would this be ok? whats the benefit? assuming this will need programming if compatible? currently my car is 70AH - 720A amazon are doing the Bosch S5A08 - 70A/h - 760A - assume this doesnt need programming and straight swap?

I have a 2018 bmw x1 sdrive that needs a battery replacement, so what your telling me is that as long as the new battery is the same voltage as the old one , I DO NOT NEED TO REGISTER THE NEW BATTERY? Because if so that would save me money. Hope you can reply! Very helpful video as I will be doing this tomorrow !

Hi! I bought the exact same MANN filter as you have in your video. Similarly, it is smaller than the original and doesn't fit as well as the original. From the video, it seems you kept this filter. Could you share your experience? Have there been any problems using this filter?

Es wurde jetzt extra ein Spezial Öl entwickelt 🙈 Das einzig gute ist das die Öl Druck Lampe angeht wenn der Zahnriemen gewechselt werden soll ..... Kosten bummelige 750,-€ beim Peugeot äh Opel oder was auch immer...

Wer sich das ausgedacht hat 🙄 Versteh denn Sinn nicht einen Zahnriemen in Öl laufen zu lassen. Ford halt .

Der Drops ist gelutscht würde ich da sagen. Aber alle 10000 km Zahnriemenwechsel? Wohl eher alle 100000

Zahnriemen wechseln. Zukünftig alle 10000 km nzw. 12 Monate das Öl wechseln und das Problem kommt nicht wieder

For anyone interested - it is possible to replace battery without removing the air box as I found out today, however take care with the battery securing bracket as aligning the sliding bolt at that angle is a bit tricky which resulted in the parts separating and sliding under the air box, requiring me to partially remove (anyway) to retrieve. With a bit more patience and play it probably would have been achievable. Battery comes out and in at an angle rather than sliding out as much. Although as per video it only takes a few moments to free the air box to give better access. Plus dropped a socket head into the engine bay, but managed to retrieve it with the use of a strong magnet sliding it along the under engine road cover out to one side.

Good evening, I would like to kindly ask you a question. A short time ago I purchased for my Mini F56 JCW year 2015, the pair of front Brembo discs code 09.D179.21 with relative pads code P 06 097, and attached wear sensor. After careful running-in and despite the braking being powerful and without particular defects, I noticed right from the start a slight but constant noise even with the pedal not pressed that increases in intensity in proportion to the speed, which amplifies if I go under an underpass or when the sound bounces off parked cars but especially on guardrails. It seems like a continuous triiiill that changes tone when braking... I raised the car and put it in N, the wheels spin freely apart from a slight rubbing between the disc and the pad... I therefore ask you for some clarification on this matter.. I know that the slotted ones and with non-through holes are a little noisier, but with the pedal not pressed we shouldn't hear any noise or trill whatever. Could it be that these pads are directional and I inadvertently mounted them backwards? There is no left or right or any direction arrow on the pad... I await your response. Best regards.

Thank you for the video. Wow some things in the newest generation Volvos are so simple(like changing the cabin filter), but others are soo complicated. Like this battery change. Why so complicated? On the older Volvos you just unscrew few bolts, remove the old battery, install the new one and screw back the bolts. Done! Here it looks like you are rebuilding an engine... But it's nothing compare to rear lights replacement. There you have to disassemble the rear of the car. Volvo engineering it's gone $$$$/€€€€.

Shouldn't these puretech engines use 0w20 oil now?

Why they put the oil drain plug on the front of the pan?!? Why? Every other car I have served (and I did a lot) it is enough to just drive up on two ramps with the front. The oil drain plug should in the back of the oil pan. This is just stupid. :/ Thx for the video!
