SUGGESTION PUT YOUR BREAD ON TOP YOUR LOAF PANTO COOL YOU CAN ALSO COAT THE TOPS OF THE LOAVES EASILY THEN COVER THEM WITH A TEA TOWEL TO FINISH COOLING CRUSTS WILL BE NICE AND SOFT WORKS WELL

Adding more flour is most definitely NOT what you want to be doing. You want to knead the dough and judge its texture only after kneading it. Adding flour at the end can end up leading to a dense/dry bread.

I bake bread myself for the past 10 years. Either white bread or artisan. I always use a rack to cool it off so the bottom doesn’t get soggy. Just my way of doing things. Good video though.
