I never understood this because I've always loved myself but yet most people treated me like crap. I've had few people here and there that treated me good but that love was only fleeting. Consistent love is something I've never gotten but truthfully I've always loved myself even though people tried to make me feel unlovable. Now I'm started to show myself that love I've neflected to give myself for so long instead of giving it to others so freely. I wanted others to feel loved and that's why I went out of my way for them and plus being exposed to so much death at an early age made me realize how fragile life is so I prioritized people over materialistic things but I think I made a mistake.

I really like and appreciate your audio-video. The question I have is how during the day you shield yourself from all the negatives. Take the mainstream news media for example. They emphasize constantly on negatives--war, famines, homelessness, and diseases . It is like they are constantly attempting to disturb the individual. Seldom, if ever, they talk about any person's rise to success. Then during the day you hear people talk about diseases, medical operations, and then you get one individual that comes up to you and says , this disease could happen to you. I am from London, Ontario, Canada and not once--I repeat not once- do I ever overhear--in a food court -or restaurant-or anywhere else about ANY of the positive law of attraction videos as presented on the internet. Luckily when I am home alone I watch videos about guys restoring old cars and that makes me happy. Just before I go, one of the most OFFENSIVE things in Canada is our education system. Form grade one all the ways to 4th year university too many instructors use that word fail--which the slang for it is flunk. Not even one syllable about saying you have what it takes to succeed academically.
