मित्रो बताते हुए बोहोत ही दुख हो रहा है , लेकिन सत्य यही है 1.5 से 2 साल तक कोई भर्ती नहीं आने वाली ONGC मे , ऐंजीनियरिंग के पद ऊपर ही सरकारी पैमाने पर अब वेकन्सी आएगी , और ONGC मे ITI और DIPLOMA बेस पर सरकारी वेकन्सी नहीं आएगी , ONGC DIPLOMA और ITI के लोगो को अबसे कॉन्ट्रैक्ट बेस और काँटीजन बेस पर ले रही है , और ज्यादातर रिंग है वो प्रिवेट हो चुके है OR प्रिवेट रिंग पर एक ऐंजीनियर ONGC का सरकारी होता है और बाकि सब देहाड़ी मजदूर पे काम करते है जिनको वेतन प्रिवेट रिंग मालिक देता है , ONGC सिर्फ अपने एक कर्मचारी को ही रखता है , बाकि लोगो का उस रिंग पे ONGC का कोई लेना देना नहीं होता 🫡
