Estonian army, includind the SF, does not use these. So i guess "tactical" and "special forces" are just buzzwords. Actual army rations are actually quite good, considering what they are.

Another excellent video Jason, those views are great. No frozen farts here today (Northumberland, England). Its been about 28C at the coast. I don't hike hills so much in summer. Autumn, winter and spring are my favourite hiking times. I would swap 28C for -11C for hiking weather every day 😀. ATB gan canny bonny lad 👍.

#Hiking 3 capes track

17 km on the map does not look far however with a steep climb and a big pack it takes on different dimensions. On a good day it took me 2.5 hrs from Ronnie's Ck to Waterfall Valley. In winter with snow and a good breeze (they don't call it Fury Gorge for nothing) it took 7.5 hrs without snow shoes. An easier route although a little longer is the Horse Track. Research when planning your trip. Have a plan B.
