You should have taken the M4 exit from the M25 to get to South Wales quicker than going down to the M3.

why is the music so low and also go to middlesborough

Sometimes if the commutator is dirty and brushes are not making good contact it will cause it to do that and it will weather brushes out really fast. That are the brushes are getting short and need replacing . Judging how the commutator looks it probably just needs to be cleaned but I’d check the brushes first before you clean it .
