The views are incredible, but the house is absurd
Beautiful video, beautiful finishes-but feels like a very tight lot for this house, or perhaps the house is too big for the lot. That wall in the backyard is ominous, the house right above it is scary and is a privacy concern, and many of the windows seem to have views of walls that are very near in proximity. Full disclosure-this is just the opinion of somebody that wouldn’t be qualified to purchase this property at all.

I saw in the news that by the time the Los Angeles County Superior Court placed the mega-mansion into receivership, the owner already defaulted on $165 million in loans and debts. So, even with the sale, he (or she) still incurred a net loss of $24 million + selling fees. What a "good" use of his fortune! Had the money been used to support humanitarian causes or for philanthropic purposes, the world would have thanked him. But now, the mega-mansion is remembered as a failed project.
