The damage of the SCOTUS and corrupt Maga judge Aileen Cannon has already been done as they protected Trump from 3 criminal trials. The American voter shamefully will not get to see the other 3 criminal trials of Trump with relation to January 6th, RICO Georgia case and in relation to the classified documents case. That is a huge failure and whooper by Merrick Garland and the DOJ who failed to take a sense of urgency and took too long and underestimated the corruption of criminals in the SCOTUS and Maga Judge Aileen Cannon who all committed obstruction of justice. This means the special counsel is rendered obsolete. Unless now the voters intervene to vote against Trump we may not even see these other criminal cases come to life and that may be now until next year 2025. It is highly disappointing and shameful for the 2024 elections so many special privileges have been given to Trump despite his massive criminality and corruption. Garland should prosecuted the people on top on Congress, SCOTUS especially Clarence Thomas and his wife and Samuel Alito. Overall while WIlliam Barr was the most corrupt AG in the DOJ history, Garland has proven to be the most weak and timid and unfortunately no he has not done enough especially in a highly critical and dangerous time in USA history. Fear from Trump also is a pathetic display from those who act like cowards who should been tougher on Trump and Maga Republicans and their Stochastic terrorists.

It seems to me in Bostock another way to look at if the woman and man are "equally situated" turns out differently. They aren't "equally situated" when one is having sex with a person of their own sex and the other is having sex with a person of their opposite sex.
