    I just made this and allow me to fix the recipe list because the ingredients list did not match the ingredients in the video. Oreo crust: 12 oreo biscuits 3 tbsp (55-60 grams) butter Oreo layer: 1 cup milk (full cream) 1 1/2 tbsp sugar pinch salt 1/2 tbsp corn flour (starch) 1 envelope (7-10 g) (approx 1 tbsp) gelatine 20 grams white chocolate (cut into small chunks) 1 tsp vanilla flavouring 3 oreo biscuits (cut up to child bite size. Use the crumbs) MILO layer: 1 cup milk (full cream) 1 1/2 tbsp sugar pinch salt 1/2 tbsp corn flour (starch) 1 envelope (7-10 g) (approx 1 tbsp) gelatine 20 grams white chocolate (cut into small chunks) 3 tbsp (1/4 cup) MILO Chocolate layer: 3/4 cup chocolate milk (NOT MILK CHOCOLATE. 2 very different things) Or you can use 20 grams of milk chocolate melted into 3/4 cup of milk. Up to you 1/2 cup Dark chocolate 1 tbsp sugar 1 envelope (7-10 g or approx 2 tsp) gelatine METHOD 1. crush up the 12 biscuits in a blender/bag (however suits you) add the melted butter to the biscuits and mix. 2. Put the crumb base into a deep 7 inch cheesecake tin 3. In a pot, mix milk, sugar, salt, corn flour, gelatine and white chocolate together and heat over a stove until the chocolate has melted. Take off the stove and let cool slightly. 4. When the mixture has cooled slightly, add in the little biscuit chunks and vanilla 5. Pour mixture onto cooled oreo base and then chill in freezer for 15-20 mins. 6. While the mixture is chilling, repeat step 3 and add milo while it is still warm 7. Gently spoon the milo mixture on top of the oreo mixture and once compete return back to the freezer to chill for another 15-20 mins 8. While that is chilling grab ingredients for chocolate layer and heat up in a pot on low heat until chocolate has melted. 9. Gently spoon chocolate top onto chilled MILO layer and then put into the fridge to set for at least 4 hours Enjoy
