Oh, don't worry! It's so safe there that you could walk around with a treasure chest on your back, and the only thing people would ask is if you need help carrying it 😄. And if you lose your Rolex, no problem-you can buy another one on every corner for a bargain! 😉

We want to buy an affordable 3 bedroom house, max €160,000, where we would expect its value to increase in the future. Is that the right part in Torrevieja for this? @@SycAamore quesada area is nice. i went there last week to look for an house. but there is nothing going on in the area around it. so pretty boring. same with orihuele costa, altough that's a tad bit closer to the beach

Very honest 👍 Alicante looks amazing. But torrevieja has good new/offers. You have to find good balcony view, because they build a lot on one place. La Mata looks nice for me. :)

My best advice is first rent in the area that you are considering. Prices will fall soon as interest rates will rise more as all costs. Living will be much more expensive the coming years as inflation is continuing to be high.

Could you please advise which district is good and safe to live for families with children? 2. What documents are required to submit to government schools to place our children to schools in Alicante? 3. Is there any fee to place children to schools or it is all free of charge? 4. If I apply to a student residency permit, can I include my wife and children with my application to obtain a student residency permit for my family? 5. Where do you recommend to rent a two bedroom house? House should be in a 5 minutes walking distance to school and close to supermarket. 6. Which bank is good for a newly moved residents? Thanks for your comment! To get the place in governmental school you should bring to ayuntamiento: passport of your children and yours, certificate of registration in Spain (they will choose the school for you based on your address), SIP card for kid or private insurance, filled up the form that you will get right in ayuntamiento. You DON’T need Spanish residency to get the place in school. In state school are also NO fees, only payments for lunches if your kids will eat there. Unfortunately, we don’t deal with student visas.
