I just checked the video, technically speaking he was still on the old server version meaning that the patch for the duped did not apply to this server, if you look at the bottom right of the roblox application you'll see V2366 where the dupe was still working, it wouldn't work now.

I followed the steps got the wood to end up staying on the plot of land and my friend buys the plot on a new account and everything but when he reloads the wood doesn’t go with him and stays what do I do?
after you do the dupe he has to buy the land once he gots the land [YOU MUST LOAD YOUR BASE ALL THE WAY HE CAN NOT TUCH THE LAND --LOAD YOUR BASE ALL THE WAY THE GRAB AND MOVE 3 THINGS then he can reload and it should work
@@TGmodz943 that’s what’s weird we do all that and it was working for us two days ago but as of yesterday it just won’t dupe we can get it on the land and the other person buys it and we follow the steps exactly but it just abruptly stopped. Thank you for getting back to me though and helping
