I have learned from a social security expert on CZcams that people who are self-employed and do everything they can to deduct expenses and lower their tax rate really suffer when they become retirement age if you aren't putting in a decent amount forfeiture through your income you are going to really suffer when you are in your 60s and you want to stop working. Social Security retirement and disability is all based on the amount that you put in over your working years

Sorry respectfully disagree-they may not pay you directly but they feed you clients as a preferred lender. You promote the builders that advertise you as a preferred lender. It’s business I get it but be fair you make $ promoting builders.

For over a year, roofers would come through our neighborhood and put door hangers on our front door, "we can get you a new roof, we will handle the interaction with your insurance company" Far too many of my neighbors fell for it. You really find out things about your neighbors sometimes that you wish you wouldn't have. Only two of us on our block still have our roofs on (mine is 20 years old and in perfect condition). WHAT COMES AROUND, GOES AROUND. Folks, if you need a roof, THAT'S NOT AN INSURANCE CLAIM, that's part of being a homeowner. If you got a 'free' roof, stand by for karma. Meanwhile, the pool of insurance underwriters is dangerously small.
