You have to buy GTA on on your PC it can only be done PC and you get the mods off of LSPDFR website you have to have a legal copy GTA v and the monitor free thanks for watching

If you're talking about DNR I didn't really have a pack I found a Tahoe from one pack and put it in then I use another Tahoe another pack that I use the F-150 from a different pack so it's not really a car package kind of a mixture but the texture is based off of Oklahoma I believe is a DNR department
