That story, funny as it is, is actually completely made up. It was written for a university rag week publication in the UK, before students turned into a shower of insufferable SJW morons. So basically some time in the late 80's or early 90's. It's a damn good story though. Sort of prompts the question, which came first the Gerbil or the Flamethrower?
