    Bruh i got told to sell on value as an underwriter and quickly learned noone gives a shit. Most people would go to the company without a phone than a company who has 24/7 phone support. Lowering your expense ratio is the fastest way to save money and if someone has to choose between your "value" and $1000 off. They are choosing the $1000 off everytime. We live in a hyper efficient globalist market. If you have to sell on value youre already falling behind. Value died a long time ago.

      Of course it is. However, as an entrepreneur, I have to charge enough for my goods and services to pay for operational costs and generate a profit/ return on investment. So my answer is to provide more value and charge for it. Which results in a higher price. However, if the value is higher, the perception of the price is lower.

    Raising prices to make record profits whilst paying nearly the same to farms and employees is immoral. Both groups as well as the general public are struggling more and more due to corporate greed. There are more homes than homeless people. That is immoral.

    Amazing how different this feels from most advertising today: - Then: Focus on consistency, transparency & serving the customer / customer experience. - Now: Manipulating people through fear and by overwhelming them with information (not always but often). A time machine that has aged well!
