Here is how we teach 5 languages to our 2 and half years old. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday my husband speaks to him only in Tamil which is my husband's mother tongue. And those days I speak to him only in Russian. Which is my second language. Wednesday and Sunday dad speaks only in Sanskrit to our toddler. And I speak in Turkish which is my 3rd language. My native language is Turkmen. We may add it little later. So instead of teaching kids how to write letters, or learn some less useful stuff in olden days they used to teach something which requires good memory power. Kids have powerful memory power. Instead of teaching grammar make them memorize things. So in gurukul little kids used to memorize whole grammar rules. Not knowing their interpretation yet. I run non stop for 1 hour 40 minutes 3 miles per hour once a week. Here is the reason why. And I learned it from one of my teachers @torsunov.oleg a Vaishnava preacher, doctor and family psychologist who is helping millions of people around the world. So he says if you run for only 30 minutes a day it will clear up first level in your body. As a result you may get good mood for the day. If you want to start loosing weight then only after 40 minutes of running fat begins melting. And also it will purify second layer which is responsible for intestines, good digestion... If you run 1 hour 20 minutes then it will purify 3rd layer. And will start curing internal diseases. If you run for 1 hour 40 minutes then 4th layer will be purified. And will cure almost all physical diseases and help to get rid of depression in deeper level. Things like fibroids, cyst other hormonal imbalances will get cured. Running is so powerful that even sometimes it can cure a mentally sick person from that disease he says. Sometimes running continuously for 2 hours may even help person to get rid of mental disorders. But please start slow, and always take medical advice before doing such big austerities. I run like this for many years and I used to run from childhood. I learned running from my dad. Who to this day runs 3 times a week for an hour. And such incidents happen I would say 5-10 times a month. Wearing saree everyday being a new mom is not easy I would say. But as of now I stick to it because i feel that this my tiny service to the big mission of Srila Prabhupada in spreading glories of Krishna to the 🌎 world. No, you don't need to change your externals to become spiritual. Hare krishna Mataji, There is problem on both sides. If a man is more in love with women, there is the possibility that the woman can also take advantage and emasculate the man, attack his weakness in arguments and secretly have another man in her heart. If divorce happens, the women gets half of whatever the man owns, as more divorce is initiated by women. I think the women should be more interested in men (Provided, the men is trained up as a brahmachari). I think this is a problem on both sides. Very difficult to find a relationship where both love equally.

Hare Krishna, nice video mataji! I agree with all points, But I feel you leave no hope for middle class and lower middle class men, who cannot book expensive flight tickets. I am happy you found a financially secure man, but in 2024 very difficult for men to become wealthy, with inflation, no jobs and after effects of covid. This is the age of hipocracy where societey is pushing for women to earn more money than men but women want her husband to earn a lot of money or more than her. Very hard times for men to lead a traditional role in kaliyuga. I think we need 50% of all men in the movement to accept the saffron dress
