Frankly raiding bases should be prohibited! People that do this are just f'ing Aholes! Raiding their village is fine but there needs to be a safe zone!!!!!!!!! Personally I would love to see a Battle Royalle mode.

There's no real incentive to play pvp. It's still ea and everyone runs the same mk18 that's not rare. The devs even said that they don't plan to make this a pvp heavy game and that even in ground zero we will have to work together with other factions. There will be special bases to fight over but that's about all I know. If you're getting into this game strictly for pvp then you're in for a surprise.

Meanwhile a bunch of us are locked in quests cause of keys that refuse to drop. I’ve cleared saw mill ablut a dozen times in the last week looking for the OSTRG key and I cannot find it for the life of me

Patch 2 sounds like some good additions so far. I’m holding off on jumping back in until loot tables are added. Also found channel on X.

I know its a month later but people still watching. When I started out first day not really knowing much about the game, I just jumped on someone else's Chopper and took the ride. Do that a few times and you can get some opened places. So four ways to open an LZ. Just sayin.

Telling others where YOUR chopper is going, is a lazy and horrible fix in contrast to missions. Considering they made many of the missions difficult by simply having you compete, eg.. 20 enemy kills or kill a commander. Which is very lazy mission creation to make to be difficult. This will make that even worse. Most often, you don't want people in your area screwing your odds up.

I had an ai walk through a brick wall and kill me twice lost allt my gear 😢

Idk why but this game is so addictive and I don't rage quit like tarkov lol in think it's the cool helicopter rides lol it just adds to the realism, I love it

Lack of faith from some people?? brother.. the game is extremely boring. Gray Zone will be amazing if they can continue to add more things to do and improve the game, but currently, the game is extremely boring, pvp is dead, most servers i join theres almost nobody, and crashes all the time. game just isnt good in its state. the game 100% needed another year or 2 of development. its not that its a bad game (it kinda is due to lack of anything fun or meaningful) but its just pointless to play the game. have you tried the pvp?? its nothing but bush camping. its trash. if i want military simulator, arma is worlds better than this game, in fact, i encourage ANYONE that is thinking about playing this game, DONT, and go play Arma 3 King of the Hill instead. much more fun, and actually a good game.

I am very happy with how they dealt with the situation. It's unrealistic to say a game won't ever experience hiccups like this during its lifetime. What's important is how the devs respond and how they proceed to fix the issue to make things right. I was waiting to see how the Madfinger would act in a situation like this and now im completely on board. Can't wait to see where this game goes.

I have a lot of hope for this game. After about 40 hours I decided to step away and let the devs cook. They have a long way to get this game to its potential but I have faith they will accomplish that goal one day.

they said the update to ai was going to take time, next time read the patch notes this patch was not addressing AI aimbotting and wallhacking...also do you know what pre-alpha early acces means....guess not....let me give me some advice, dont buy pre-alpha early access releases again, you cannot deal with them.

Yeah so before and after the 5.2 hotfix I crash often and lose my gear whether I’m on the chopper or somewhere in the map. I’ll come back, my gear will be there after the crash and then it lets me play for like 10 minutes, boots me out and then says “player progression unable to save”. I never heard anyone talk about that issue till now. Was it really happing to just me before?😭

THEY ROLLED BACK THE UPDATE/HOTFIX TO FIND THE ISSUES AND RE RELEASE IT!

Hot fix was nothing but enjoyable for me played 8 hours straight with no crashes. Frames are better and therre is no stuttering during heli rides now. Ai is also alot better at reacting

yeah i uninstalled the game after what happened to me several time. hazardous treasures task kept bugging for me. i had taken out the last 10 guys at YBL-1 and all i had left to do was grab the last container adn hand it over to complete the task. my game crashed after i popped a single shot one a guys head. reloaded into the game and i had lost all the progress for the task. i said fuck that. i told the devs fuck you im uninstalling the game and i did just that. i love that game. but i also hate it so fucking much. i will resume playing GZW after Patch 11 or some shit

I brought this on day 1, refund after a few hours when I couldn't even get the game to run for more than 1 min...literally a 14th gen cpu and a 4080 32gb ram...shows you even with a good spec computer, if the dev are incomp......dont matter

the AI is not hard but too unrealistic they can shot through the walls and can see through bushes "again" just reroll the patch and do another research for latest patch 5.2 is not hot fix.... it's trash

Yup, 3 man squad was heads shot at watertower in starting city. Crashed and lost all my gear before I could get my stuff. Rubberbanding like crazy

Glad to know the FPS drop I've had wasn't something on my end, I was messing with settings yesterday for like an hour trying to get a balance between quality and FPS

The game is worse than before now, AI can still know where you are shooting from within a fraction of a second and one tap you, crashing after getting to the LZ and losing all the gear and to make matters worse, at least for me, I am getting accused of cheating at least 3 times now. I got k!lled, respawned in camp, bought a cheap ak47 so i can go retrieve my stuff, before I could call the heli, the easy anti cheat window popped up saying I was cheating... like... how? that happened 2 more times and now I have a feeling I will get banned just like that. The only thing that could be even remotely considered "cheating" is the fact that a guy dropped me the Tiger bay lab key and two 60 rounds mag hours earlier!

Before the hotfix, i was really enjoying the game. But now, the rubberbanding is worse, the framerate is terrible and I crash anytime I fly in a helicopter. So like others have said. It is currently unplayable.

They need to also address the key drops. Its freaking annoying, i have at least 4 tasks im unable to finish since they are random and the drop rate are so low

I was playing the game quite good at 80fps. After the update it's much worst. It's now running at 100fps, but has drops to 10fps, and most of the times freezes and makes broken sounds. UNPLAYABLE

The player count is dropping because the game isn’t optimized and it runs like shit. 5k players that are still playing don’t have much optimization issues because they’re rigs are probably high end. The games great but unplayable unfortunately.

it isnt lossing faith, it's that most people don't have brand new graphics cards and massive amounts of ram to be able to handle the moments making the crash making it unplayable, most people will likely come back when it doesn't crash every hour:)

I don't understand the mess up. There's a test server. They tested the hot fix for 2 weeks (or more). Testers in the discord have said they reported these exact issues in the test server. So if they had reports of the hot fix being broken, WHY THE FUCK did they release it

Game feels empty, graphics is "good" but doesn't add to immersion, maybe day night cycle will fix it. They need more weapons, attachments etc, it all feels very barebone right now. I was max trader levels 2 weeks in and got immediately bored, havent played in a month. LZ's need cooldown or pay to fly, everyone cheezin their way through, the gameloop is stale everyone be flying in naked to get their gear back, gear fear is non existent.

The crashes happened when messing with settings while in game flying, frame rates have basically halved not seen any rubber banding of note Ive finished all the missions but still helping people complete theirs there is always a drop off but Destiny 2 completing 10 years of that game so there will be a good number playing that but that has been a disaster on its launch day with server disconnections as for GZW some of the issue will be people having completed the missions and have nothing left to do until new content is released but its a solid platform to build on as far as I am concerned
