Ive been working on this for several months and its still not finished but I really wanted to post it. It began as simply the sounds of MK but sky rocketed into sounds and favorite moments. Hope you enjoy. It took me forever to cut it down from 8 minutes. I would also like to add titles at a later date.

Thank you for posting this. I never realized that all 3 had backgrounds in opera. Such multi talented and courteous stars and yet all rather humble in their demeanor. Sadly, television today is more about shock, outrage and vulgarity instead of talent, skill and class. We've come a long way....down.
He looks, speaks & acts like Carl Reiner.
Unfortunately, this scene was about the funniest part of the movie. Jerry coughing, trying not to vomit at the ugliness of the twins, and half-heartedly consoling 'Shilfit'. Still raises a chuckle

First movie ever that Jerry Lewis is not wearing his wedding ring. He wore it through every other movie even when his characters weren't married, and they rarely were. He fooled around on Patti consistently but always wore that ring. He met Sandee, the last wife in his previous film "Hardly Working". She was in a dance scene with him. It seems that he wore that ring all of those years to alieviate guilt or something. Why wouldn't he wear it during this film as he was madly in love with Sandee?

This movie is a hoot! I just love Vonnegat. Except that one book he wrote that got turned into First Blood because i just hate violence.
What a program. A panel of people who are well-versed in cultural matters and who can speak intelligently without mugging stupidly for a dumbed-down audience. And the whole thing moderated by the erudite Edwin Newman. Two things stand out: Kitty Carlisle's elegant style and Madeline Kahn's beauty. There are times when it is enough just to behold her appearance.

Absolutely insensitive portrayal of people with disabilities, or different abilities. Use whatever words you want, but this is a very unkind scene. I don't know or care what precedes or follows this in the movie; This is a horrible scene. I don't know what Kurt Vonnegut wrote in the book, but other people are responsible for this movie. I will not watch another minute of this movie or any movie made by the same people.

@@butchayatai Making jokes about some things is funny. Making jokes about people's disabilities is not. Period. Robin Williams had fame as a comedian but I saw and heard him make strong hard jokes about people with disabilities while he was a guest on a late night television interview program. That ruined his reputation for me and millions of other people.

This was a rare, fabulous post. Never saw this before today, and I came here by Madeline Khan's appearance in Shrerlock Holme's Smarter Brother. Never realized how much Madeline Khan appreciated opera.
She didn't just appreciate opera, she was a professional, high-level opera singer who performed on the most esteemed stages in the world, in addition to Broadway. Her voice was classified as a a colorotura soprano, who was on both a drama and opera scholarship in college (Hofstra). After college, she performed opera professionally in some of the biggest shows before she debuted in movies, and she continued in opera, theatrical and classical singing to the end of her life. For a sample of her best, here on You Tube, check out On the Twentieth Century's Veronique and Babette, (she got a Tony nom). Check out "Not Getting Married Today", "Let's Call the Whole Thing Off", "How Long Has This Been Going on?", "Das Chicago Song", and "Vanilla Ice Cream. Very early on she did Leonard Bernstein's Candide. He was so floored by her operatic performance that he fell to his knees. And this is just a small sample of her opera.classical singing work.
In an interview with Rosie she said she respected the art but wasn’t very fond of it, she just got paid to do it because she had the ability hahahahaha and then she demonstrated how she thinks it’s actually quite rude to be having an intimate moment on stage and then just start screaming a high note in someone’s face 😂😂😂

ty for the video last month I adopted my first chinchilla & hes a male around 18 months old..he seems very healthy but today I saw him chewing at his penis..i thought he may have a hair ring but Ive never checked for one before so this is very helpful
