that is the basic everywhere!! deposit + 1st month's rent to move in Is this a studio apartment? a "1 bedroom" apartment is when you have a separate room for the bedroom from the living space & kitchen. You will probably make a better arrangement of furniture better once you live in it for a while, Kitchen & bathroom sink in the bathroom...little bizarre...

In Europe, they mostly call studios a 1 bedroom. Agree about the kitchen sink but shoot for 500 i might make an exception lol ... 👀

Hi Sherr, you might want to try putting the candleholder in a plastic bag and then putting upside down in warm water. Once the wax is liquid, soak it up with paper towels. It is messy but I do this sometimes when there is to much wax to scratch off. :)
