High Velocity Principle: While the primary cleaning mechanism involves high pressure, the resultant high velocity air generated during the pulse can also play a role.       @@hemanthkumar9893 You’re right in noting that, under certain conditions, there is an inverse relationship between pressure and velocity-this is described by Bernoulli’s principle, which states that in a steady, incompressible flow, an increase in the speed of the fluid occurs simultaneously with a decrease in pressure or potential energy. However, the context of a pulse-jet cleaning system is a bit different: 1. Pulse-Jet Cleaning System Dynamics: In a pulse-jet cleaning system, high-pressure compressed air is stored and then released in short bursts or pulses, which is approx 200 miliseconds. When this compressed air is suddenly released, it accelerates rapidly through the system, creating a high-velocity jet of air, as it passes through precisely designed small nozzle having opening of 6-10 mm depending upon application. 2. Localized High Pressure and High Velocity: At the point where the compressed air is released, there is initially high pressure. As the air expands rapidly out of the nozzle or pulse valve, it converts its potential energy (pressure) into kinetic energy (velocity). This rapid expansion creates both a localized area of high pressure (at the point of release) and high velocity (as the air moves away from the point of release). 3. Pulse and Airflow Interaction: The high-pressure pulse is designed to create a shock wave that travels through the filter bags. This pulse is short but powerful, causing a rapid burst of airflow (high velocity) that effectively dislodges dust from the filter surfaces. Although the pressure may decrease as the air expands and velocity increases, the system is engineered to ensure that both the pressure at the nozzle and the velocity of the resulting air jet are sufficient to perform the cleaning action. In this specific application, both high pressure and high velocity are present but in different stages and areas within the system. Initially, there is high pressure at the release point (inside the pulse valve), which then translates into high velocity as the air expands outwards. The high pressure is crucial for the initial burst to loosen dust, and the resulting high velocity is necessary to carry dislodged particles away from the filter surface. So, while in a controlled environment with steady flow, pressure and velocity might have an inverse relationship, in the pulse-jet system, the rapid pulsing mechanism utilizes high pressure to create high velocity air jets effectively.     Correct me if I'm wrong, but based on this video, other videos that I've seen, and some written materials that I read this is how it works: the natural gas(mixed with oil, and water) is pumped out of it's natural territory, and into the entrance holes of a pipe; then it flows into another pipe that carries it into the separator. Once in the separator the water separates & drops into a bottom pipe because of gravity. Following that the oil(which doesn't mix with water) flows over a raised divider, then it falls into a bottom pipe because of gravity. Meanwhile the natural gas rises into a upper pipe that carries it into a container(or tank). A container that heats the natural gas(causing lighter gases to rise to the top, and heavier gases to stay at the bottom). Following that the different types of gases are pushed into separate containers(or tanks), then forced through a series of chillers that apply cold temperatures to condense the gases into liquids, or should I say Natural Gas Liquids. In which these NGLs are further filtered out to get rid of impurities. Now please correct me if I'm wrong.

Heating and Fractionation: The temperature increases, so with lesser and lighter gases ascending, heavier ones stay below. 3. Refrigeration and Condensation: Chilling is done on the gases, finally leading to condensation into NGLs. 4. Purification: It includes further processing to purify NGLs of impurities."
