Hi thankyou for this tips, as a teenager who deleted social media a while a go in 5 months i think, but i still keep the thinking of coming back, even though im contented in life without social media, its like an addiction that once u started it, its hard to let go. But your advices helps me changed my thinkings into better. I LEARNED AND HIT MOST IS THE PART WHEN YOU SAY change your attachments into a healtier. because why i keep coming back on social media? because im attach into it, and surely i will have a influence of coming back. so now i will try and slowly to break it until i finally get rid of that thoughts of coming back. ill change my habit into a healthier one like replacing your attachments into a healthier one, and by dong it consistently just like ur example about the gym

It's a sign to double down when things are good and slow -especially in our 20s. It's so true when you talk about putting in the work and being patient, because it will hit in due time. It's the slingshot effect of inputting effort and sacrifices to eventually propel yourself forward.

Yes taking that risk of possibly getting rejected is scary but it really shapes you as a man to be brave and follow your gut. Just do what you want to do without worrying about the consequences.. under reasonable circumstances of course haha
