I had a stroke that affected my frontal lobe. It has changed my personality & its awful. I can't wait to be in heaven where I will be the same again😥

As a man who's been smoking weed for 25 years and I'm 40 this year I have reached out to god more than ever and I don't what if it's in scripture or not but all I know is I believe weed has become a crutch when God should be my crutch I still smoke but only at night and the feeling of guilt makes me just want to quit why would I feel guilty if it weren't wrong ?

I love going to funerals because I leave with a new perspective of live and self. I am more appreciative and thankful for all God has done in my life.

Unfortunately many people who already do use weed recreationally etc. (medical use is what it was intended for.) or certain Christian’s who aren’t faithful enough to the lord(lukewarm). Will think some pastors like this are judgemental, but they lack self awareness to realize that that thought is blocking them from the truth. But ofc they’re are some pastors out there who are judgemental. But discernation with a biblically truthful message can easily be misunderstood for judgemental if one is not faithful enough and is unaware to the enemies influenced thoughts in our heads

God can use anything for his glory. Even weed. Just because someone uses weed for pain doesn’t mean they don’t go to God for handling it. 24/7 for 13 years in pain…. Finally found a surgeon, through prayer, that could keep from taking an ambulance ride every time my back goes out. Spinal stenosis taken care of as much as he could. Laminectomy which is where they remove the center of bone. So now there’s an indent in my spine. Back still goes out… no ambulance. Pain and muscle spasms so bad it’s like a seizure and I almost black out. Prayed for pain relief. Met a pain management specialist…. Weed or opioids are the only option. Also I’m allergic to anti inflammatory medications. Weed is the lesser of the 2 evils. Even though I’m allergic to the anti inflammatory properties of it. 1, 3 second vape and the spasms slowed down. After the 2nd they went away. I have been using medical grade stuff some pills even ($200 a month for 2 pills a day) I choose not to get high but sometimes the pain requires that much to smoke/vape/ingest. If you’ve never had a debilitating pain then you have no room to talk. Lay on your couch for 4 days straight like you’re in a coffin, afraid to eat or drink. Cuz then you make a mess of your couch. And yourself. And your relationship(s). I’ll use the weed. And I’ll continue to THANK GOD FOR THE RELIEF. To quote my own 74 yr old father whom lost his dominant arm in a work accident “you lose an arm you can keep going, you lose your back son like you have, and you can’t even move. I’d rather lose my arm all over again, instead of dealing with what you go through”. Thank you Lord for my relief. Thank you for putting the right people in my path. Edit: because I can move, with little to no pain, I’m able to do stuff like be a Youth Group leader.

All those will justify their weed smoke when you love God you must make a choice there are things you must let go that includes your drug addiction which is a form of idolatry even if the world legalized it’s still sinful weed is wicked
