If you want to slow down aging, consider just working out more often. Daily exercise has literally been proven to slow down the effects age has on your physical appearance. Wrinkles come in slower, hair takes longer to fall out (unless you're just genetically unlucky), your body doesn't shrivel up nearly as early. Knew a dude at work who was 70 but looked to be in his late 40s/early 50s because he'd worked a fantastic routine and ate very well.
