Living in a busy city was difficult for Michael, and the isolation had an adverse effect on his mental health. Since moving to Shrewsbury however, he has not only found a new place to call home but has found a community.

As a carer for her husband living with Dementia, it was difficult to find support from those who understood Debbie's situation. Through the foundation's Dementia Hub, Debbie has found a network of support and has made friends for life.

Wow! 2 months after you posted I can tell your using the money for more opportunities for others to try new things, you lot are all some of the most inspiring people. When I was slightly younger I couldn't quite control when i upset so on the pitch I would call into a ball in the corner and cry, I have overcome that now and am living happily and I can say that the coaches here really helped me with that.
