Hey everyone! I'm just a guy from Europe, Poland to be more precise, who loves speaking Vietnamese. I spent a few years living in Hanoi, Vietnam, and during that time, I fell in love with the language and the culture. I think there's something truly special about learning languages and being able to communicate with people in their native tongue. So, alongside my regular job, I started recording these videos for you all just for fun. I hope you enjoy them! đ»đł\u003c3

Foreigner Speaks Vietnamese in London
No matter where you go, never forget your roots and your mother tongueâŠ..
For those who can listen but can't speak, it's because when the parents speak native languages at home, they will mostly answer in English or whatever language they live. That's why. The main reason is that the kid is tired of being corrected but also embarrassed to speak it wrongly, so she never answers in her parents' languages. Parents should encourage or find the qay for them to answer in their language. By using everything, it becomes instinct and habit. It's hard at the beginning but good for them in the future. That's why they can understand, but they can't say back. Sadly, but it is there.
I learned this language for nothing then
So her parents didn't speak Vietnamese at all, either?
I can already hear her family rediculing her for an entire year over this conversationđ
shes like I have fell my people đ€Łđđ€Ł
đ đ
I always assume it's easier for white people. Colonizimg is in their history so learning new languages easily has got to be in there blood like generational DNA memory shit.
Why she have an accent then?
Why?
As another whitewashed Asian who doesn't know how to speak their mother tongue, I feel the shame on another level đ
Your fuckin nameđ
@@Jigy488 What?

the vietnamese guy only knew how to say " is that so ? " in vietnamese xD !

The hardships of culture erasing. Antiwhiteism is erasing westernkinds society, culture and morals, time to go free and work for the wellbeing of westernkind, all over the world.

Iâm viet and honestly didnât know he was speaking vietnameseđ.
You so good at Vietnamese
She fell from shame lmaoo
It's not even that rare, I'd say more than 50% of the second generation immigrants don't speak their parents native language
You told another lady you lived in Hanoi for 2.5 years....
Thatâs exactly what I said in here as well :)
You cant call yourself a part of the culture if you dont speak the language surely - if you dont understand the language, how do you speak to your people, understand how they work, how thinks work socially and societally, how do you understand the history, the culture, the art, the way one communicates with another. Blood is something, but actually being it is another right?
Well at least the staffs here are Vietnamese! Vietnamese restaurants I've been to when living aboard don't even have Vietnamese owners and staffs... Just thought I could speak my mother tongue for once, I was wrong every time
For the girl, it was like an explosion of a mixture of emotion, shock, pride, shame, and sadness. For her, this is a deep but light comedy-tragedy. đ
se puede apreciar el momento exacto en que se rompe su corazĂłn!
âI am Vietnamese but I donât speak itâ ⊠so youâre not really Vietnamese
