Following a bumper repair on a 2022 Genesis G70, calibrating the front radar was a necessity. But with the fascia already reinstalled, Babcox Media’s Joe Keene explains, retrieving the required lot number from the nearly inaccessible radar unit presents an uncommon challenge.
Joe deftly solves it with the aid of a borescope, before setting up the radar stand and proceeding with a successful calibration via step-by-step guidelines from the ADASLink® diagnostic scan tool.

It's about time you covered this topic
I also have a 6 generation road force balancer the combo is unbelievable they are awesome
Thank you for choosing Hunter. We are thrilled to have you as part of the Hunter Family! #wechoosehunter
I have one of these machines, and they are awesome
no shop these days will go to that trouble, to figure out what is wrong with the car. rotating the wheel so many time until figure out what works.....they just do the alignment and ban off you go.. they are not going to test the car and then say, oops it is not fix yet, and do it all over again.
Actually, my shop does. I agree with you that it's not common practice but they're out there
This visual representation is golden! Thank you! I got my tires aligned, but it seems off. Need to get it checked again.
waow so much clarity.... thanks for posting
Hello. I just bought a honda crv with blind spot monitor. I noticed that I don't see the light come on during low speed on the side view mirror. Is this normal for Honda? My toyota camry will lights the side view mirrors even on low speed like 3 mph.
We recommend that you have it checked by a qualified ADAS technician. It could need to be recalibrated?
Sucks i cant trust any mechanic.
Our don’t have side shovel worst tire machine I’ve ever encountered
These machines are wayyyyy to compicated for the average tire kid to use
Thanks for vedio. I have questions regarding the calibration: I have recently replaced the module on 2015 gmc yukon. Do I have to calibrate the front cameras or module? My module is locked I can’t calibrate it I bought this from dealer? Do I have to flash it before use?
most wanted for Alignment shop
hi do you guy have trouble with VCI randomly disconnecting if yes how did you solve this ?
This could be caused by a few things going on. The best way to narrow this down is to contact your local Hunter Team by following this link, then enter your location to view their contact info: www.hunter.com/contact. They will be more than happy to answer all your questions. Thanks
What does it mean when it said not enough black circle found
Can you give us a little more background as to where/when you're getting this message, please?
Thanks but i already find out what wrong it the silicon pad that cause the problem
Do you know why your steering wheel vibrates… lazy tech’s
9/10 that usually means their rear axle got bent and an alignment won’t fix that. In shop talk it’s called “dog tracking”
if you can make the center pole's diameter variable for both car and motorcycles, it will work for both in one machine....I hope.
hunter wheel balancer that can check the diameter is good. And I want that on my car and motorcycle too. In one machine. Is it possible? Or I wish it will appear.
Ryan, outstanding demonstration! Great job simplicity at its finest!
Tire be need human and nansk hay what is back to work noose
Maybe force match them?
I'd like to see how that head holds up to silly aftermarket wheels with raised spokes. Those raised spokes would SMOKE that hook. Also curious on how it performs on low profile 12 ply tires. If I'm spending this kind of money on a machine, I need to know it can stand up to the extremely high effort tasks.
All three are expensive
I do not know why they can’t just do ride height like every other manufacturer. It’s starting to get ridiculous
It’s the Toyota way!
No one online has this info. 😂 thank you guys. Dealing with Dually wheels here. I've tried everything at work and no luck.
Dear All, does it matters if it is in Comfort, Normal or Sport position. I have tried more that 5 times to calibrate it in normal position, and when I leave for a test on road it stops and ask for calibration again. The car is Touareg 2014 with air suspention
Do you ever have to adjust the duckhead for different sized wheels? Also, can you use the those rollers to break the bead on both sides instead of using the bead breaker?
did you start the calibrations when the vehicle was moving? or from a stop?
Super
makes sense. the driver back tire inside the wire were showing and i don’t know until it was flat. i just got two tires and getting an alignment
Is this the same principle behind vehicles that pull trailers?
When i do calibration does the light need to be blinking or stay on
Each vehicle has it's own criteria for calibration preconditions. Without actually doing the calibration ourselves, we are not certain of your particular make/model, etc. Please refer to your service info provider.

You got another video where you do 2 measurements with 180° apart…that makes perfect sense! Now how is possible to match the tire and wheel in one go 🤷🏻♂️
Thumbs up if social media led you here. 👍
Well that explains my dashboard looking like a Christmas tree
😂😂😂😂😂😂
If that was a 30.5, 22 ply firestone when it came of the rim that would have been the end of that dude...lol.
Replaced eninge like 7 or 8 months ago and still haven't alligned my wheels😤🤝🏻💪🏻
Why would replacing the engine have anything to do with the alignment?? Just curious btw not trying to be an ass im actually curious to know why it would maybe mess your alignment up by replacing an engine
