Toxic pea feels like fire pea

I think you kinda overate the toxic pea, sure he has a better splash radius than most peas but his splash damage is so bad the extra splash radius never comes in handy, he impact damage isn't that great being like 25, and he's a toxic character which means he's probably automatically worst than the fire variant because fire damage is just a better toxic damage, i would personally put him in like c or d tier, easily the 2nd worst pea.(still a good video though)
