Oscar's parents must not of hugged him when he was a child. But imagine if after this 5 reverted back to his Military programing to kill and put a rifle and pistol on his shoulder or even made a new laser? That would've been scary, but epic, but since it was a family movie they couldn't do that due to ratings.

I see they managed to eliminate that little red mark on the car wheel for this version of the intro!

The movie "Lightyear" had so much potential to be awesome, but they squandered it completely with an unappealing and forgettable story. Plus, they ruined completely the Zurg character: why the hell do they call him "evil emperor" in Toy Story if he's not really evil or an emperor?
