Id say just return it and get a prime 4, at least that way you can replace the crossfader with an innofader.

@@DJTide I was thinking that but Prime 4 plus is double the price Don’t have built in speakers and as much as most think wtf on a dj controller, most that have used them, say they actually sound pretty good for home mixing and as I can’t play loud music, it may just about be good enough for me and my situation. If I could play loud music, I’d have bought the prime 4 plus Screw it, I’m just going to set up my sc live 4 today and if I have any problems within the first year, I will simply get a refund. I bought 2 year extended warranty. Do you know if you can claim any back, if product has a fault within first year? I’ve never really bothered with warranty so don’t know. I just thought for £40 it was worth it for 2 year regular fault or accidental damage.

No only 1 rca input and 1 mic at the same time or two mics only. You could technically buy two lc6000 prime, link them to the unit through the two usb ports and play with a true 4 decks setup

@@marcopoire9593 have you tried to simply plug In usb stick into a laptop or pc. Put normal mp3 songs on usb stick. Plug into Denon sc live 4 , browse and mix my songs? I have no laptop no Serato or anything similar. I just want to use device this way for now. Some say of course you can put songs on usb and it will work Others say it will only work if you export record box library and I don’t have this Others say that when putting songs on usb the regular simple way does not work. 1 amazon review showed pictures and it showed most of his mp3 songs was RED meaning the sc live 4 can not properly read and can not play them. So in short, he said if you want to use Amazon music etc it’s great and if you want to play own mp3 by simply putting on usb without record box or anything, it just corrupts everything and is absolutely useless. Hope you can help with any info. Thank you. Sorry, I have a laptop but it’s old and only has windows 7. Hence why I just want to load songs on usb stick and play like this. My old laptop will deff let me load songs on to usb so it’s an option if it works. I just don’t want to spend £1000 and only way I can play via usb and it possibly don’t work or maybe 80% of songs won’t play. Oh another big question. Can I use 128gb usb with sc live 4? I ask because I was looking at pioneer equivalent and people was saying crazy stuff like the pioneer version does NOT even work with 32gig usb crashes and don’t work. I’m sure you can understand that 32gig may be ok at first but won’t be enough, in long run . So 128 gig would be great .

@@grahamkelly8662 yes of course you can play mp3 off usb stick. It will also calculate the bpm and grid for you, which is something that not even pioneerdj equipment is doing.

@@grahamkelly8662 i have never had corruption issues in my personal experience, I have been using a numark mixstream pro since the 2.0.0 engine os versione was out, never heard of such corruption but if u’re afraid of something happening just make sure u have a backup of your music files rather than storing them only on your usb. If anything happens you can always reset the console by downloading the firmware from the engine os official website and restore your player form that if that’s you concern

I really wish we could make a comment on a Amazon review, to ask buyer questions about what they put in review but Amazon don’t allow this. You can only ask a general question and Amazon will send to customers that bought item and they can answer questions if they like. Thanks for your reply. I’ve been tempted to buy sc live for a while. I’m just not sure if it will be good for me. So many aspects I’m unsure if I’ll like.

@@johnsangalang its Math 🙈🤭 around 30 Watt. So if you have a Power Station with 300 wh you have around 10 hours Play time 😉

Intro of a tech house track

Nowhere in my video did I say it started with the LPC, I just used their videos as it was the only examples I could find on the net. I also compacted general info into this video as I was trying to fit it within a min for tiktok. Ill probably make a more detailed video in the future.

Not even the lpc themselves claim to have invented liquid. But, they did do the dirty work of actually creating a body of concepts that were teachable instead of vague undefined state it existed in before that. They were able to sit in the style and have a vocabulary with the dance that was big enough to make the argument that it was it's own standalone style . There was a lot of hard work most heads weren't around for when poppers would clown on liquid and say it's not its own style, it's just waving. Legitimizing the style was a hard fought battle.

Simple math tells me that not everything you're saying checks out. You say that you were going to raves before the LPC could leave the house at night, you also say that you're 44. The youngest member of LPC is your age the rest are all older than you. Fu and Eric were going to parties and doing liquid as early as like 93 or maybe 1994. If you're 44, you would have been like 14 years old then. So in order for what you're saying to be true you would have had to been going to raves and doing liquid before you were 10 years old. You're talkin about reflecting back on the 80s as if you were a part of the scene and actually experienced it, but I highly doubt that considering you were between ages 1-10 through the 80s. Your claim to have helped invent liquid dance also doesn't check out, because you were 10-14 years old when it was starting to become a style. The lpc have stated numerous times that they did not invent liquid, they popularized it and made it more teachable . I do however see you claiming to have "helped invent it" , which I've established is a false claim. Save your history lesson you clown. And please don't try to edit your comment to mask the lies you've told and make your fairy tale more believable. I have screen shots of your original comment for reference.

Channel owner should just go ahead and delete this guys comments as they are obviously b.s. claims. I don't understand why so many people lie about inventing liquid, of all the things to lie about , why this ? Like, it's not going to make you famous, or give you that much clout... Maybe it's because it's history is not that well documented so people think they say some made up stuff and no one will check them.
