Ingredients? Lol looks kinda yummy
Kinda LOL... About a cup of Peppermint leaves, or (Na Na, get it in the arabic store)1/2 c. of veg. oil. 1/2 c. of real lemon juice. 2 tbsp of salt. 2 small chopped tomatoes, 1 large chopped cucumber, 1 large chopped onion. 1 chopped large head of lettuce. Mix well! Taste! and season more if this and that if needed. To make it into footoush! Add seedless Kalamata olives and broken up pita bread and Mix well!!! Its delicious! Enjoy!!
