What Ian avoided doing was basically filming a scene in "spain" in which the production decided to mix Fallas of Valencia (burning satirical statues called "ninots" of politicians and famous people) with the andalusian holly week, so they would burn actual religious imaginery. I don't know if anyone can understand how stupid that is but apparently no one in production thought of perhaps asking anyone about it.

My favourite character of his is Charles Paris. Louche, loveable old ham!
