@@goldenmine8838 thank you for your feedback, here's a recipe for pancakes • 1 egg • 1 cup flour • ¾ cup milk (extra if needed) • 2 tbsp vegetable oil • 1 tbsp sugar • 3 tsp baking powder • ½ tsp salt Beat egg until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients until smooth. I usually keep mine fairly thick, but still beating out any pesky lumps. If you do add extra milk, do so sparingly. Doesn't take very much to thin the batter. At this point mix in your desired extra ingredient (chocolate chips / blueberries / bacon / whatever tickles your fancy). Heat butter in pan and cook on medium heat. Flip when bubbles start to form on pancakes.
